Jeanne recently moved into The Grove at Lucks Lane, Cornerstone’s 55+ community located in Midlothian Virginia.  After living in the City of Richmond, in particular the popular Fan District, she felt it was time to look for a quieter and safer place. Since Midlothian was where her kids were raised and she still had friends in the area she started her internet search. That’s where she stumbled upon The Grove. It sounds like it was probably love at first sight when she toured the Ducal, plus the convenient location to friends and everything one would want and need!  

“I absolutely love my Ducal with a Loft. The open and spacious rooms, big windows, and especially love the unique two-sided fireplace. The house just flows really well,” said Jeanne. When the weather is nice she spends time on her large outdoor private courtyard, but the “hearth room” is her happy place. Located on the kitchen side of the fireplace, it is her spot to entertain with a glass of wine or have morning coffee.  

Jeanne is excited to participate in the fun social activities at The Grove and she can’t wait to enjoy the flexibility of the “lock and leave” lifestyle. “I can get up and go whenever I want with no worries about my home!”
