We maintain our high standards through extensive quality control inspections throughout the construction of each home.

Our Warranty Service

Each member of our team from your Sales Manager, Construction Superintendent, Closing Concierge and Warranty Coordinator work together to achieve one goal—your satisfaction. We build our homes with quality brands such as Shaw, Progress, and Moen, just to name a few. We go the extra mile to ensure your satisfaction and to uphold our commitment to excellence. Cornerstone Homes wants you and your family to enjoy your new home for years to come.

Homeowner’s Guide
At your New Home Orientation, we provide you with a comprehensive Homeowner’s Guide. This resource answers many common questions, such as use and maintenance guidelines, troubleshooting tips and emergency information. As you settle into your home during the first year, you may find items that need further adjustment. Cornerstone will take care of items during our 45 day and 11 month Warranty Inspection dates. Please refer to your Homeowner’s Guide for details regarding these inspections.

Note: All warranty requests must be on the approved Cornerstone Homes form. They should be submitted as a PDF attachment in an email to,.  JPG's and other formats cannot be accepted.
