Chana Unger, Community Sales Manager

Our employees are the most essential contributors to the success of this company.  At Cornerstone Homes we love to focus on “our people!” This month we’d like to recognize Chana Unger, Community Sales Manager at The Cove in Chester, and The Grove at Lucks Lane in Midlothian.  Chana gives her heart and soul to make sure her buyers find the perfect home to fit their lifestyle.  It goes without saying her commitment and dedication shows in the happiness factor of the homeowners in both these communities.  

Chana loves being busy and working in two active adult communities keeps her hopping.  Working with the 55 plus homeowner just came naturally to her.  “I have worked with the 55 plus community for many years in past roles. I felt like this was a natural fit for me to be able to continue working with the same demographic while being able to provide them with a home that will meet all of their needs.”

Chana grew up right here in Richmond.  Graduated from Saint Gertrude High School and moved to Florida for a few years but came back to Richmond to get married and start a family. She keeps busy with her 2 children.
