This gated community can be easily accessed. Located approximately 12 miles east of Charlottesville and 50 miles west of Richmond. From I-64, Take Exit 136 onto US 15 North. Drive approximately one mile and turn left onto Spring Creek Parkway. At the guard gate, let them know you are visiting Cornerstone Homes Sales Office. Proceed through the gate to the traffic circle and take the first right onto Bear Island Parkway. Follow Bear Island Parkway approximately 1 mile. Turn right onto Bayberry Lane at the stop sign. Follow 1/4 mile through the stop sign at Crabapple Lane. We are on the right side of the road at the bottom of the hill.
