We make sure this process is easy for you to refer your friends.   Just complete and submit the referral form (which you can pick up in any Sales Office) to your sales manager prior to your potential buyer’s first visit. You can refer your friends to ANY of our communities: Barley Woods in Fredericksburg, Chickahominy Falls in Hanover County, The Grove in Chesterfield, or The Cove in Chester. Our sales team will take care of the rest! The only thing better than moving into a brand new Cornerstone home is watching your close friends or family members experience all of the magic and  happiness too. 

With the Cornerstone Homes Referral Program, you’ll receive FREE HOA dues for 6 months when your friends or family members closes a home with us.  That’s BIG!!!  And, you can refer as many as you want.  Mike and Pam Taylor at Barley  Woods received 1 year of Free HOA dues because both of their friends bought homes!!!    Not to mention, the best reward of all… having someone you love as your new neighbor!
