Last month, our new Barley Woods community took its first steps toward becoming Fredericksburg’s first boutique 55+ community as we officially broke ground and kicked off construction of the homes and the community clubhouse.   “We’ve put a lot of sweat and hard work into laying the ground work to ensure this will be a special place to live,” said Roger Glover, owner of Cornerstone Homes. “We’re thrilled to already have 12 homebuyers at Barley Woods, and we’re excited to begin construction.”   “We made the commitment to invest in the major amenities upfront so that our earliest homebuyers will have places to gather and socialize from day one,” added Glover.   The Clubhouse at Barley Woods will be the social hub of the community, so get ready for some fun!
