It is mind boggling of the many pieces and parts, big and small, that make up a house and the extraordinary timing and scheduling of each part that must fit perfectly and work together to make it all happen. Especially with current market conditions, we appreciate our vendors more than ever and are happy to have built strong relationships with these people over the years.

At Cornerstone Homes we love building face-to-face relationships, just as much as we love building homes. We value each and every one of our trade partners and yearly like to throw a fun event for them to show our appreciation for their contributions to making our homes the best they can be. Our vendors are invited to kick back, enjoy a catered dinner with some adult beverages, and even participate in a few cornhole contests at The Barn at Chickahominy Falls. It’s a great opportunity for the trades to chat with each other, get to know our staff a little better, and for us to talk with them and not about scheduling!
