Tips for Better Sleep

Getting a good night's sleep is just as important as a healthy diet and exercise.   And how much quality sleep you get can also affect your mood.  Some of us are in the retirement stage and have the flexibility to have a leisurely morning routine.  And some of us are fortunate to be living in a Cornerstone Home with a luxurious owner's suite and a spa-like bathroom!  The perfect recipe to getting a good night's sleep!  But we all can be reminded occasionally on the importance of better sleep, especially as we get older.   Here are a few eye-opening thoughts on taking care of your self and getting the most out of the "Land of Nod!"
