The best homes are built with the best partners.  Who are OUR Trade Partners?  Those that install your mechanicals, electricity, plumbing, to name a few, and provide all the materials and supplies to build your home. They are an integral part to the success of building your new home.  At Cornerstone Homes and The Crescent Group, we believe relationships come first.  And you can rest assured that the professionals we work with to build your home share our commitment to build quality homes, know our building processes and commit to our unique construction plans.  

To maintain loyalty, foster communication and team building, and show appreciation for jobs well done, Cornerstone Homes and The Crescent Group recently hosted a “Thank You” party for all our trade partners at The Barn at Chickahominy Falls.  Our trade partners are the backbone of building your home. For a few hours at the barn, we asked them to lay down their hammers, unplug from scheduling, take a breather, and come together to celebrate each other.  It certainly takes a village to build a home and each trade is dependent upon the other with little time for interaction during each fast paced day.  So this was the time to relax and build stronger relationships together through food and fun. The stronger the relationships, the stronger the home! 

At The Barn on this beautiful afternoon, many of our trade partners got together with the Cornerstone and Crescent Group teams and enjoyed some food, drinks, games, prizes and fun.  Food was served from Slideways Mobile Bistro and games with The Virginia Ax Company. (That would be little friendly ax throwing contests!)  We even partnered with The Richmond Times Dispatch to offer a giveaway for our partners featuring tickets to see “Get the Led Out” at The Meadow Event Park.

It was a great and successful afternoon.  Thank you ALL for being part of the Cornerstone Homes and The Crescent Group team and our commitment to build the very best homes!
