"Cornerstone Homes broke ground Feb. 7 on the second phase at The Cove at Magnolia Lakes, an age 55-plus community located at 5800 Magnolia Cove Circle at Iron Bridge and Chalkley roads in Chester. The company purchased the property from BB&T Corp. when the previous owner, Tascon Group, went bankrupt. New plans include single-family detached and paired single-level homes.
