The “Gatekeeper” of Cornerstone Homes recognized as “Employee of the Month” by her peers.  Lynn Vannoy is the On-line Sales Assistant for Cornerstone Homes.   When you go to the website, Lynn is the first face of the Company and is ready and willing to listen to your story and guide you to the community of your choice and answer any questions you may have.    “It’s an exciting time for our buyers making this lifestyle change and it’s a privilege to be part of it and help them find the perfect community,” said Lynn.  With just a year under her belt at Cornerstone, Lynn also works as a Sales Assistant at The Cove at Magnolia Lakes and The Grove at Lucks Lane.   “I absolutely love meeting everyone, building relationships, and seeing our homeowners move in, make new friends and really enjoying life.”

Prior to coming to Cornerstone, Lynn worked at Kings Dominion as a trainer and in the entertainment side of the business.   “What I really love about working here is the close-knit relationship with my co-workers and the fun environment that is fostered.  And, Cornerstone really makes a point to recognize their team members who work hard!”   Lynn was surprised, but grateful, for this recognition from her peers.  

Lynn’s days are action filled and busy for sure.  And believe it or not, after her workday is done, at night she is in school full time working on a degree in Human Services.  Wow!  Thankfully, her two roommates, Chan and Tiberius, help her study and turn her good days into even better days!
