The Cove, Cornerstone’s active adult community located in Chester, Virginia, is gearing up the social calendar.   Even in times of Covid, we make sure it’s easy to meet people and make friends in The Cove and all Cornerstone Communities.  

On a recent beautiful evening at The Cove, about 30 homeowners gathered in the new Lodge facility with plenty of room to social distance.   They really enjoyed seeing each other and planning future fun events, and just relaxing in this new event space.   Needless to say, the homeowners are anxious to get their social clubs going.   The first homeowner moved into the Cove in Fall 2019. Cornerstone unveiled brand new floorplans at The Cove and they have been a huge success.   Built around a beautiful lake with incredible amenities such as a lakeside pavilion and boardwalk, miles of trails, pool, clubhouse and other outdoor spaces, added to the tremendous appeal of this community.   

During the happy hour there was talk of creating a recipe exchange, book club, men’s breakfast/coffee, and other fun ways to connect with each other.  Like all Cornerstone communities, the homeowners have the opportunity to start any type of social club or event they would like!   

When Cornerstone starts a new community, the Clubhouse is built along with the very first homes.  We make sure to cultivate the fun from the ground up and keep you connected with your neighbors.  Let’s face it, we consider our homeowners as part of the family.
