Craig Logue is no exception! Craig, the Sales Manager at The Cove at Magnolia Lakes, has many years of experience helping folks like you buy their new home and fit right into a new lifestyle.   His passion for the Cornerstone lifestyle and what The Cove at Magnolia Lakes has to offer is infectious.  

We sat down with Craig to give you an “inside look” into his role and what he loves about working with Cornerstone Homes, as well as a little bit about what he likes to do when he’s not working with us:

What do you love most about your role at Cornerstone Homes?

As the sales manager for the Cove at Magnolia Lakes, I love the autonomy that Cornerstone Homes has allowed me to have!  Since The Cove is the second phase of Magnolia Lakes, it's been great getting to know all the homeowners that already live here.  They love getting together in the clubhouse for all kinds of fun activities, eating and socializing.   It's a great atmosphere to work in and rewarding to see the new homeowners welcomed and fitting right in.

What drew you to the active adult demographic/community?

I really enjoy the unique interactions I have with this age group. Experienced buyers are so pleasant to work with and it’s always invigorating to see how eager and happy they are about making this exciting lifestyle change.  

Where did you grow up?

I went to high school in Harrisonburg and college at William and Mary, and ended up in between the two in Richmond, VA! I moved around a lot growing up so I made a promise to myself to put down roots for my children. All three were born and raised here until they went to college.

How do you spend your free time? What do you do to relax?

I enjoy running, cycling, and swimming, and I’m looking forward to getting back into a regular routine. I also love the local music and restaurant scene available in RVA.

What do you wish other people knew about Cornerstone Homes?

I wish people knew that we’re a local, privately owned, close-knit company run by a Richmond family that only builds homes designed for the  55+ active adult crowd in maintenance-free communities focused on health and wellness — and that we’ve been doing so for over 20 years!  In other words, we are the “experts” in 55+ living!  

What would someone be surprised to know about you?

That I played professional poker for a couple of years and that I’m a Henrico County Master Gardener.

What’s your favorite place you’ve traveled to?

I’d definitely have to go with the Amalfi Coast of Italy.

What’s your favorite book and why?

Blink, because your first instinct is usually correct.

If you could have any superpower, what would it be?

The ability to heal!
