Benefits of Low Maintenance Living

Raking Leaves a Thing of the Past!

If you’ve ever witnessed the beauty of fall in Virginia, then you know the greatest gift of all is time to experience every last bit.   And when you see all those leaves changing colors and start falling, you know what that means. That’s why at Cornerstone Homes, we do the work and you do the living.  With our low-maintenance lifestyle, you will enjoy the beautiful colors of all the leaves without picking up a rake!

Along with professionally maintained landscaping, we provide exterior maintenance, which includes raking those leaves, cleaning the gutters and fertilizing and feeding the lawn.  Put the rake down and put your feet up — there are so many incredible things to do with your time now that you don’t have to worry about exterior maintenance this fall.

With your new “free” time you can spend more time visiting with friends and family, starting a new hobby or picking up an old one, reading a good book, trying new recipes in your new gourmet kitchen, or just enjoying your new home and your new neighbors.   Now that you have more free time, get out and enjoy all the outdoor recreation spots in a Cornerstone Home community…. Trails, lakes, fire pits, gardens, lighted sidewalks or any of the other thoughtfully designed gathering spots that are waiting for you.

Of course every year, Virginia is #1 for showing its vibrant colors for the fall foliage fanatics!  For those who live in a Cornerstone Homes community, you can hop in the car and in a jiffy be at another spectacular spot to "peep" at the leaves.

In beautiful Richmond, Fredericksburg and beyond, the seasonal burst of color is always a sight to see. If you’re a “leaf peeper” who can’t get enough of this time of year, Cornerstone Homes is the perfect place to be!  While you’re out exploring, you can enjoy every minute knowing you don’t have to worry about raking your leaves!  Here a just a few of the many places to explore:
